Refund Policy
Credits are prepaid and used for API usage. Production checkout remains pending payment-provider approval.
Prepaid credits
Credits are consumed when API requests are processed. Consumed credits are generally non-refundable because upstream model costs are incurred.
Refund window
Unused paid credits may be eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase, subject to fraud checks, payment processor rules, and applicable fees.
Non-refundable cases
Used credits, accounts suspended for abuse or fraud, promotional credits, test credits, and chargebacks initiated outside the stated process may be non-refundable.
Service issues
