Terms of Service
MVP terms for a developer API gateway while production payment and domain verification are being completed.
1. Service
ModelBridge API provides API access, virtual API keys, usage tracking, and prepaid credits for supported AI model routes. Model availability, pricing, and performance may change.
2. Account
You are responsible for your account, API keys, credentials, and all usage under your account. Keep API keys secret and rotate them if compromised.
3. Credits and billing
Credits are used to pay for API usage. During MVP testing, payment may be manual or test-mode only. Production payment terms will be published before launch.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, harmful, deceptive, or policy-violating activity. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Data
We may process API requests, responses, metadata, and usage logs to provide, secure, debug, and improve the service. Do not submit sensitive personal data unless you have rights and safeguards to do so.
6. Availability
The service is provided on a best-effort basis during MVP. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, latency, model output quality, or upstream provider availability.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
